* Next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed and under exceptional circumstances your order may take 1-2 days longer than stated.
* Orders placed after 4pm on Friday with the Saturday delivery option selected will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Under these circumstances we will refund the £2.95 delivery charge, as the order will have effectively been downgraded to our free next working day delivery service.
* All orders to the UK both on working days and Saturday will require a signature as proof of delivery upon receipt. If for any reason the courier cannot attain a signature at the requested delivery address they may leave your parcel with a neighbour or place a card through your letterbox stating where the order is being held for either re-delivery or collection.
** Whilst we aim to deliver orders internationally as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales stated and in exceptional circumstances (e.g. where an order is held up by customs) customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery of their order.
** In the unlikely event of any additional charges for customs clearance, they are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and if in doubt we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
