Gwyneth Paltrow and family wearing stylish Ray-Ban wayfarer sunglasses

Is the Martin family the most stylish family of 2013? We think they are certainly in the top 5! American actross Gwyneth Paltrow, who is married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, recently shared a holiday picture with her fans on her website 'Goop' of herself and two Children, Apple,8, and Moses, 6, relaxing on the stunning Carribean island of St Lucia.

In the picture, the threesome can be seen smiling at the camera with the bright sunlight streaming in over their heads. Moses, their youngest child looks to be thoroughly enjoying one of the famous Carribean delicassies -drinking from a coconut shell!

Gwyneth and the Kids have got their holiday fashion just right by ensuring that they are all looking extremely stylish in designer sunglasses as the play on the famous beach. Gwyneth looks super glamorous in a pair of white wayfarer sunglasses with contemporary square shaped frames and black lenses, while the very lucky kids look great in cool classic RB2140 Ray-Ban wayfarer sunglasses. Apple wears a girly pink pair, while moses looks ultra cool in a sleek shiny black pair.

The RB2140 original wayfarer, along with the Ray-Ban aviator, is one of the most popular and most frequently worn models of sunglasses of all time, giving them the proud title of the 'best-selling design of sunglasses in history.' They were first manufactured by Ray-Ban in1956 where they stole the limelight throughout the fifties and sixties due to their cutting edge design which broke away from the metal eyewear that was available in previous years.

Ray-Ban wayfarers really are an iconic fashion accessory that keep getting better and better with time. In 2001, Ray-Ban decide it was time to give their best-selling wayfarer sunglasses a re-vamp so they developed the RB2132 model. The shape was altered and the frames were thinned out and given a noticable curve along the top to give shades a more comfortable fit. They were also made less angular, and the material was changed from acetate, to a lighter injected plastic for extra comfort as well as style.

Here at Blaze, we have an extensive collection of Ray-Ban sunglasses, including the classic RB2140 wayfarer and the RB2132 model which are available in a rang of vibrant cololurs and brand new head turning patterns just like the ones we spotted Apple and Moses wearing on holiday in the Carribean.
